HOW TO TAKE PART: MUSIC, DANCE, DRAMA, POETRY
How? If you would like showcase your work as a performer, please upload a YouTube video of up to 5 minutes in length (smartphone footage is fine), briefly introduced by the performer, explaining your connection to Type One.
We are looking for music, dance, drama, or poetry - as long as the performer, or at least one member of an ensemble, has or cares for someone with Type One diabetes.
Your video should be introduced with your name, where you’re from and what you’re going to perform.
e.g. “Hi I’m Alex, I’ve had Type One for five years, I’m from Newcastle and I'm going to sing Memory from the musical Cats”
We will accept submissions from Wednesday 1st April until Sunday 31st May 2020. Submissions will be reviewed by members of the organising group and uploaded to our You Tube Channel at regular intervals.
